Join the Pack at Elevation
At Elevation Dog Daycare & Pet Resort, we believe caring for dogs should be rewarding for the people who do it, too. We’re an enrichment-based dog care facility in Laramie, Wyoming, looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of dogs and their families while growing alongside a team that genuinely supports one another.
We’re more than a place for dogs to spend the day. Every guest has opportunities to engage their mind, move their body, build confidence, and simply enjoy being a dog. From pack play and one-on-one adventures to nose games, fitness activities, and even snuggle-and-reading time, we make every day count. Our motto is Care Above Expectations, and that commitment extends to our team just as much as it does to our guests.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Learn fear-free, positive-reinforcement handling. Build practical skills in reading dog body language, understanding behavior, and providing safe, low-stress care that helps dogs feel comfortable and confident.
- Get the training and support you need to succeed. Our structured onboarding combines online learning with hands-on coaching and mentorship. Whether you’re new to professional dog care or bringing years of experience, we’ll help you build your skills and confidence.
- Grow your career with us. We offer clear advancement opportunities through our Pet Care Specialist levels, with potential paths into leadership, grooming, and training. We’ll help you explore your interests and develop the skills to reach your goals.
- Be part of a team that listens. We believe great care starts with a team that communicates, learns, and works together. Through regular check-ins, an open-door approach, and opportunities to share ideas, we want every team member to feel heard and supported.
- Work for a locally owned business that cares. As longtime members of the Laramie community, we’re passionate about providing exceptional care for local pets while creating meaningful opportunities for the people who care for them.

Is This the Right Fit for You?
Working with dogs is rewarding, but it’s also hands-on, physical work. You’ll spend your days on your feet, supervising and moving dogs, keeping their spaces clean, and helping maintain a safe, enriching environment. Cleaning is a big part of the job, and weekend and holiday shifts are part of our rotating schedule.
If you’re dependable, eager to learn, comfortable getting your hands dirty, and excited about making a difference in dogs’ lives, you might be just the person we’re looking for. You don’t have to know everything about dogs on day one. A willingness to learn, a thoughtful approach to animal care, and a genuine desire to be part of a team are a great place to start.
Ready to join the pack? We’d love to meet you!
