Specialized Boarding Experiences
Puppy Boarding
Our Puppy Boarding experience is designed just for dogs under 9 months old and blends play, learning, rest, and structure in all the right ways. Puppies have big feelings and fast-growing brains, so our team carefully guides each interaction to build confidence and encourage positive social skills. We follow a natural play‑rest cycle to keep pups happy rather than overstimulated. Our puppy boarding provides your puppy with a joyful, supported stay made just for their stage in life.

TLC Boarding
Our TLC Boarding experience is crafted for guests who appreciate comfort, gentle fun, and a little extra support. It’s tailored for seniors and for dogs who simply feel their best with slower activities, extra reassurance, and thoughtful, low‑impact attention. From soothing strolls to stimulating brain games, we make sure TLC guests enjoy their days at a pace that feels good to them.

We include enrichment because it:

Dog Boarding FAQs
Camper Requirements and General Policies
- Campers must be 10 weeks of age or older.
- Vaccines requirements: Rabies (if 16 weeks of age or older), current on veterinary recommended Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations (vaccines must be current as of 2 weeks prior to arrival for boarding and proof of vaccination provided at the time of reservation)
- Pets over nine months of age are required to be spayed or neutered.
- We highly recommend your pet(s) be on a monthly heartworm preventative and flea/tick preventative while attending Elevation Pet Resort.
- Group play dogs will join us for an evaluation day to determine the best playmates for him or her based on size, personality, and play style.
- To keep our pet resort one of the safest in the area, we depend on the right level of staffing each day. For this reason, we require reservations for all dog boarding services.
- A $50 deposit is required to secure all boarding reservations.
- Reservations canceled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded, but the deposit is credited to your account for future use.
- For major holiday stays (New Year’s, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), a 1‑week cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund.
Medications
- Our counselors are happy to give topical and oral medications for a small fee (unless pet is on our TLC Package, which includes medication administration), though we can’t administer injectables or insulin.
- Non-prescription flavored chewable supplements, that can be placed with food (ingestion is not monitored), do not have an administration fee.
- We cannot accommodate medications that require administration before 7am or after 6pm.
What You May Bring
- Please have your dog leashed when entering the building. When arriving for a stay, a team member will replace your collar/harness/leash (hardware) with a slip lead. Team members do not keep a pet’s hardware, but we do have a self-serve leash parking station where you may store your pet’s hardware. Elevation Pet Resort and its team members are not responsible for lost items in the self-serve leash parking.
- Own treats if preferred and food (please bring just enough food for your pet’s stay, bagged and labeled per serving).
- Small blanket or piece of clothing that smells like home, we are unable to accommodate large blankets or dog beds (If your pet has a special requirement, please speak with a team member).
- Up to 3 toys or chews (chews must not be a choking hazard and all items must fit into our boarding storage bins).
Check In & Out Policies
- Boarding is charged per night, beginning the day your dog checks in. You’re welcome to arrive anytime during lobby hours, but we do ask that check‑ins happen at least 30 minutes before closing.
- Departures before 9 a.m.do not incur daycare charges.
- After 9 a.m., dogs join an appropriate daycare group for the day, and standard daycare rates apply.
Holidays
- 3-day minimums are required for major holiday stays (New Year’s, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
- Elevation Pet Resort will be closed for boarding check in or out on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and the Sunday of Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends.
- Elevation Pet Resort reserves the right to be closed for boarding drop off and pick up on other holidays or Sundays and will alert pet owners as soon as possible or at time of reservation.
Lobby Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00–10:00 a.m. and 3:00–6:00 p.m.
